R. H. Dana Elementary School is nestled in the community of Dana Point in southern California.  With approximately 400 students in Kindergarten through fifth grade, RH Dana is honored to be a  National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence as well as a California Distinguished School and a Title I Academic Achievement Award School.  The staff and community are strongly committed to providing our learners with the encouragement and instruction to achieve academic achievement.  We challenge our students daily to be the best that they can be.  We expect our scholars to be "respectful, responsible, and ready to learn."  We firmly believe in our school motto: Excellence- It's No Fluke!
